Oh do I have a treat for you, today! Take a moment and come with me over to the amykathryn site. It's ok, I'll wait....

Did your heart do a little pitter patter like mine did the first time I visited the site? I thought so! amykathryn bags are made with custom printed fabric and faux leather which of course makes them animal friendly as well. Besides the obvious appeal of being eco-friendly and animal-friendly, these bags are visually a knock out!

There were several bags that caught my eye on the site, and while talking with Amy Hall, the fabulous creator and designer of amykathryn, she shared that a few of the bags are now being marketed as diaper bags as well. That's when my mommy ears perked up! A diaper bag that looks this fabulous....surely it was my duty to check it out!
I had the privelege of reviewing the Gladiola bag from amykathryn, and I picked yellow for Spring! The bag is a generous size, measuring 18"w x 14"h x 6"d which gives you ample room for storing all baby's necessities. The bag features 2 outside pockets on either side, perfect for bottles or cups. Inside, there's 1 zipper pocket and 2 open pockets (not large enough for more bottles but for storing keys, soothers, etc).

The bag even comes with a matching change pad, and has another feature that will make moms grin - 4 bottom feet so that the bag itself never touches the floor of a restaurant or washroom when out with the kids. Another feature of the bag I liked is that you can either keep the long shoulder strap on or remove it and use the shorter straps to carry it. The Gladiola bag comes in 5 other colors and retails for $120.00 on the site.

I love that this does not look like a diaper bag but has all the functionality of one. Kind of like the way I'd like to look....not looking like a mom but completely functioning as one!
